We will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery, as long as we are made aware of the issues within seven days of delivery.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size in error, then you can return the item to be exchanged for an alternative if the item is unopened and in a resalable condition. If the item is returned to us in any condition other than unopened, a refund cannot be given, as we would not be able to resell this item to any other customer.
Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used. We do not offer our products on a ‘home trial’ basis so please ensure, before ordering that you are ordering the correct size to fit your bed, pillow or wedge (opened items will not be accepted for return if you ordered the wrong size in the first place).
If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs. If you just change your mind or decide that the item is no longer what you require then you can return the unopened item to us for a refund.
We do not refund the return postage costs or the original postage costs, just the item cost.
